Restructure

In this abstracted block print, the artist meditated on the concept of pattern. Patterns are everywhere—in nature, in music, and more subtly, in the rhythms which guide our internal world. 

In this piece, the artist asked God how He was re-writing a pattern in her life. After reflecting on His response, she represented the new pattern through repetition of shape and design. This print is a stone of remembrance of how the Lord has re-written the pattern of isolation and transformed it into a golden and bright place of connection, safety, and newness. “Restructure” is a reminder that God has the power to recreate our internal world, and transform us into the likeness of Jesus.
