Mexico Chiapas
(Certified Organic)
Bordering Guatemala and the pacific state of Oaxaca, Chiapas has been cultivating the majority of Mexican grown coffee for decades, with a majority of smallholders coming from indigenous populations leading the way. This particular lot hails from the region surrounding Volcan Tacana, the second highest peak in Central America.
We think this Mexican blend makes for a perfect everyday, medium-roast coffee with beautiful chocolatey notes to warm you up on these colder, wintery days. This is a good one for sharing as it's definitely a crowdpleaser!
*2lb and 5lb bags are roasted fresh to order on Tuesday's.
