Ethiopia Guji
(Light + Fruity)
Introducing our latest offering from our favorite East African country! Ethiopia is considered the birthplace of coffee and produces some of the most acclaimed and sought after beans in the world. Ethiopian coffees are typically fruit forward, floral and juicy in the cup, and this latest offering is no exception. Coming from the Guji, Oromia region, these sun dried natural processed beans were meticulously tended to with consistency in mind.
This is a coffee to savor. As the cup cools you will notice sweet flavors notes of dried fruit and chocolate coming to the forefront. Enjoy in your preferred brewing method, though we are particularly enjoying it in an aeropress!
