Bordering Guatemala and the pacific state of Oaxaca, Chiapas has been cultivating the majority of Mexican grown coffee for decades, with a majority of smallholders coming from indigenous populations leading the way. This particular lot hails from the region surrounding Volcan Tacana, the second highest peak in Central America.
We think this organic Mexican coffe makes for a perfect everyday, medium-roast coffee with beautiful chocolatey notes. This is a good one for sharing as it's definitely a crowdpleaser!
